HockeyPucks.com Return Policy

Because each custom-made product is made to your specifications, all sales are final once an order is placed, except for errors on our part. Non-custom products may be returned if they remain in their original packaging & have not been used.

We take great pride in the quality of our custom hockey pucks and the accuracy of your personalization. If the custom hockey pucks you receive do not accurately reflect the personalization or approved proof you submitted in your order, we will gladly replace or refund your order at no additional cost.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund due to an error on our part, you must:

• Contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Provide clear photographic evidence of the discrepancy.
  

Important Notes

• We are not responsible for errors in personalization or images submitted by the customer. Please double-check all designs, spellings, and images before submitting your order.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
