HockeyPucks.com Shipping & Returns

Because each custom-made product is made to your specifications, all sales are final once an order is placed, except for errors on our part.  Non-custom products may be returned if they remain in their original packaging & have not been used.

General Shipping Information

  • Processing Time: Custom pucks typically take 5-7 business days to produce and approx. 7-12 business days during the winter months, before shipping.
  • Depending on the size of your order it may take longer however this will be explained when we provide you a proof for approval.
  • Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping options, including standard and expedited services. You will be able to select your preferred shipping method and view associated costs at checkout.
  • Shipping Confirmation: Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Estimated Delivery: Delivery times vary based on your selected shipping method and destination.

Important Notes

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
